Where: Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west central Missouri, including the following counties, in central Missouri, Hickory. In south central Missouri, Texas. In southwest Missouri, Cedar, Dallas, Laclede, Polk, Webster and Wright. In west central Missouri, St. Clair.
When: Until 300 PM CDT Sunday.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
Additional Details: - At 305 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following low water crossing
S: Whetstone Creek at Owens Road, Osage Fork at Highway J, Weaubleau Creek at 350 Road, Wolf Creek at Highway AB, Lindley Creek at Mathis Road, Osage Fork at Auburn Road and Brush Creek at 1200 Road. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Bolivar, Marshfield, Mountain Grove, Buffalo, Stockton, Hermitage, Cabool, Humansville, Osceola, Conway, Norwood, Pleasant Hope, Hartville, Fair Play, Weaubleau, Urbana, Niangua, Wheatland, Morgan, Pittsburg, Dawson, Polk, Duncan, Preston, Phillipsburg, Halfway, Collins, Flemington, Roscoe, Louisburg, Aldrich, Vista, Twin Bridges, Gerster, Foose, March, Goodson, Pumpkin Center, Olive and Charity. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Where: Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following areas, Bourbon, Cherokee and Crawford and Missouri, including the following areas, Barry, Barton, Benton, Cedar, Christian, Dade, Greene, Hickory, Jasper, Lawrence, McDonald, Newton, Polk, St. Clair, Stone and Vernon.
When: Through Sunday morning.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area.
