Description

What: Very cold wind chills as low as 15 to 20 below expected. Actual temperatures may reach 5 to 10 degrees below zero as well.
Where: Portions of west central Illinois and central and northeast Missouri.
When: From midnight tonight to noon CST Monday.
Impacts: The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
