What: Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
Where: Portions of Kansas, including the following areas, Atchison KS, Doniphan, Johnson KS, Leavenworth, Linn KS, Miami and Wyandotte and Missouri, including the following areas, Bates, Buchanan, Caldwell, Carroll, Cass, Chariton, Clay, Clinton, Cooper, Henry, Howard, Jackson, Johnson MO, Lafayette, Pettis, Platte, Ray and Saline.
When: Through Tuesday afternoon.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Missouri South Grand River at Urich affecting Henry, Bates and Cass Counties. Big Creek at Blairstown affecting Henry, Johnson and Cass Counties.
What: Moderate flooding is forecast.
Where: South Grand River at Urich.
When: From late tonight to Thursday evening.
Impacts: At 28.0 feet, K Highway is under water approximately 1 mile south of Urich. Many other roads along the river are flooded as well.
Additional Details: - At 3:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 14.5 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 26.6 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Wednesday evening. - Flood stage is 24.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
