Description

What: Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
Where: Portions of southeast Louisiana, including the following parishes, Assumption, Central Jefferson, Central Plaquemines, Central St. Charles, Central Tangipahoa, Coastal Jefferson, East Baton Rouge, Eastern Ascension, Eastern Orleans, Iberville, Lower Lafourche, Lower Plaquemines, Lower St. Bernard, Lower St. Charles, Lower Tangipahoa, Lower Terrebonne, Northern Livingston, Northern St. Tammany, Southeast St. Tammany, Southern Livingston, Southwestern St. Tammany, St. James, St. John The Baptist, Upper Jefferson, Upper Lafourche, Upper Plaquemines, Upper St. Bernard, Upper St. Charles, Upper Terrebonne, Washington, West Baton Rouge, Western Ascension and Western Orleans and southern Mississippi, including the following areas, Northern Hancock, Northern Harrison, Northern Jackson, Pearl River, Southern Hancock, Southern Harrison and Southern Jackson.
When: Through Monday evening.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
