Northwest winds between 5-10 mph will gust to 15 mph at times through this afternoon. Relative humidity values between 15-30 percent are expected across parts of interior northern Michigan with the potential for localized minimum relative humidity readings in the low teens. These conditions support the quick start and spread of wildfires, so be sure to take the proper precautions to prevent fires from starting.
