Tittabawassee River At Midland affecting Midland and Saginaw Counties. Saginaw River At Saginaw affecting Bay and Saginaw Counties. For the Cass Riverincluding Cass City, Vassar, Frankenmuth Minor flooding is forecast. For the Tittabawassee Riverincluding Sanford, MidlandModerate flooding is forecast. For the Saginaw Riverincluding SaginawMinor flooding is forecast.

Additional Details: - At 9:00 PM EDT Friday the stage was 14.6 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage Sunday morning to a crest of 18.6 feet early Monday afternoon.
