The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids MI has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Michigan Grand River at Robinson Township affecting Ottawa County. Grand River at Lowell affecting Kent County. Grand River at Ada affecting Kent County.
What: Minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Grand River at Ada.
When: From Tuesday morning to Wednesday evening.
Impacts: At 20.0 feet, Expect minor flooding of low lying areas.
Additional Details: - At 3:00 PM EDT Monday the stage was 18.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 20.2 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday morning. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet. - Flood HistoryThis crest compares to a previous crest of 20.1 feet on 12/31/2008. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

The Flood Watch is extended for the following rivers in Michigan Grand River at Grand Rapids affecting Kent County.
: The Flood Watch is replaced by a River Flood Warning for the following rivers in Michigan Grand River at Robinson Township affecting Ottawa County. Grand River at Ada affecting Kent County.
What: Flooding is possible.
Where: Grand River at Grand Rapids.
When: From late Tuesday night to early Thursday afternoon.
Impacts: At 18.0 feet, Expect minor flooding of basements in low lying areas in Grand Rapids. Moderate flooding of homes and structures occurs upstream at Comstock Park and downstream in Robinson Township.
Additional Details: - At 11:00 AM EDT Monday the stage was 14.5 feet. - ForecastFlood stage may be reached early Wednesday morning. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

: The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in Michigan Grand River at Lansing affecting Ingham County. Muskegon River At Evart affecting Osceola County. Chippewa River below Mt. Pleasant affecting Isabella County.
What: Minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Thornapple River near Caledonia.
When: Until early Friday afternoon.
Impacts: At 10.0 feet, Minor flooding of low lying areas occurs.
