Move livestock to higher ground.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 9:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 12.7 feet.- Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0feet tomorrow evening.- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
