* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to bepossible.* WHERE...A portion of southeast Louisiana, including the followingparishes, Assumption, Central Plaquemines, Coastal JeffersonParish, Eastern Orleans, Lower Jefferson, Lower Lafourche, LowerPlaquemines, Lower St. Bernard, Lower Terrebonne, St. Charles, St.James, St. John The Baptist, Upper Jefferson, Upper Lafourche,Upper Plaquemines, Upper St. Bernard, Upper Terrebonne and WesternOrleans.* WHEN...Through late tonight.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Multiple rounds of storms will be moving through the areatoday through tonight. Movement was eastat 55 mph.HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.SOURCE...Radar indicated.IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow aroundunsecured objects.Locations impacted include...New Orleans, Houma, Thibodaux, Cut Off, Metairie, Hahnville, Marrero,Chalmette, Galliano, Avondale, Larose, Harvey, East New Orleans,Timberlane, Belle Chasse, Laplace, Port Sulphur, Jefferson, Gretna,and Harahan.This includes the following Interstates...Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 215 and 251.Interstate 310 between mile markers 1 and 11.Interstate 510 between mile markers 1 and 3.Interstate 610 between mile markers 1 and 4.
