Locations impacted include Paintsville, Prestonsburg, Salyersville, Hindman, Inez, Mason, Estill, Coal Run Village, Wheelwright, Martin, Pippa Passes, Wayland, Allen, Buck, Oaklawn Estates, Handshoe, Davella, Emmalena, Glo, and Falcon.
