Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Additional Details: - Thunderstorms with heavy rainfall will be possible this afternoon through Friday morning. Expect 1 to 2 possible, with higher amounts possible along and southeast of the KS Turnpike.
