The National Weather Service in Springfield MO has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in MissouriKansa
S: Little Osage River near Horton affecting Vernon County. Little Osage River at Fulton affecting Bourbon County. Marmaton River near Nevada affecting Vernon County. Marmaton River at Fort Scott affecting Bourbon County. Osage River at Taberville affecting St. Clair and Vernon Counties. Sac River near Caplinger Mills affecting Cedar County. For the Little Osage Riverincluding Fulton, HortonModerate flooding is forecast. For the Marmaton Riverincluding Fort Scott, NevadaModerate flooding is forecast. For the Osage Riverincluding TabervilleMinor flooding is forecast. For the Sac Riverincluding Caplinger Mill

What: Moderate flooding is forecast.
Where: Little Osage River at Fulton.
When: From this evening to late Tuesday morning.
Additional Details: - At 7:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 4.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 27.7 feet early tomorrow afternoon. Description

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
Where: Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following areas, Bourbon, Cherokee and Crawford and Missouri, including the following areas, Barry, Barton, Benton, Camden, Cedar, Christian, Dade, Dallas, Dent, Douglas, Greene, Hickory, Howell, Jasper, Laclede, Lawrence, Maries, McDonald, Miller, Morgan, Newton, Oregon, Ozark, Phelps, Polk, Pulaski, Shannon, St. Clair, Stone, Taney, Texas, Vernon, Webster and Wright.
When: Through Monday morning.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Additional Details: - Widespread 1 to 3 inches of rain with locally higher amounts. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Osage River at Taberville affecting St. Clair and Vernon Counties. For the Little Osage Riverincluding HortonModerate flooding is forecast. For the Marmaton Riverincluding Fort ScottMinor flooding is forecast. For the Osage Riverincluding TabervilleMinor flooding is forecast. For the Sac Riverincluding Caplinger Mill
S: Moderate flooding is forecast.
What: Minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Marmaton River at Fort Scott.
When: From Monday morning to early Tuesday morning.
Impacts: At 38.0 feet, minor flooding begins along Mill Creek north of town due to backwater effects of the Marmaton River. Flood waters also spill across the field by the Red Barn Restaurant, on the north side of town, at the new Highway 69 Bridge.
Additional Details: - At 11:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 38.0 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 38.4 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 38.0 feet. - Flood HistoryThis crest compares to a previous crest of 38.4 feet on 05/28/2008. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
