Pockets of freezing drizzle will continue to move through the region this evening resulting in slick road conditions in spots. The highest potential for freezing drizzle to occur will be in locations near and east of the Mississippi River. Elevated surfaces and untreated roads will have the greatest risk of seeing a coating of ice. Motorists should slow down and give themselves space between the car in front when encountering slippery roads.
