Description

The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Clinton and Scott Counties. Cedar River near Conesville affecting Louisa and Muscatine Counties. Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County. Iowa River at Wapello affecting Louisa County. Iowa River at Marengo affecting Benton and Iowa Counties.
What: Minor flooding is occurring.
Where: Iowa River at Oakville.
When: Until late Wednesday morning.
Impacts: At 11.5 feet, River Road is under water and the water is a few feet up onto the levee.
Additional Details: - At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 11.3 feet. - Recent activityThe river continues to slowly rise. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.4 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then remain steady before falling below flood stage early Tuesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

Description

Cedar River near Conesville affecting Louisa and Muscatine Counties. Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County. Iowa River at Wapello affecting Louisa County. Iowa River at Marengo affecting Benton and Iowa Counties.
What: Minor flooding is occurring.
Where: Cedar River near Conesville.
When: Until tomorrow evening.
Impacts: At 13.5 feet, water affects yards and access roads of residences along Iowa Highway 22. Water affects the lowest sections of campgrounds just north of I-80 along the river and the lowest sections of Jack Shuger Memorial Park in Moscow. Water is also on 152nd Street north of County Road F70.
Additional Details: - At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.3 feet. - Recent ActivityThe river has crested. - ForecastThe river is expected to continue to fall today before going below flood stage late tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Description

Strong south-southwesterly winds will continue this afternoon through the early evening hours, with occasional gusts as high as 45 mph. There are also some developing showers and a few isolated thunderstorms this afternoon that could help generate stronger wind gusts up to 50 mph. If traveling on east-to-west oriented roads, be prepared for gusty crosswinds, especially in high profile vehicles. Secure all loose objects. Winds will begin to diminish by mid-evening.
