The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in IndianaOhio Eel River at North Manchester affecting Whitley, Kosciusko, Cass IN, Miami and Wabash Counties. Saint Joseph River Ohio near St. Joe River Ft. Wayne affecting Allen IN County. Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville affecting Defiance, Allen IN and De Kalb Counties.
: The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana Ohio Maumee River at Fort Wayne affecting Allen IN and Paulding Counties. Tiffin River at Stryker affecting Defiance, Fulton OH and Williams Counties. Maumee River near Defiance affecting Defiance and Henry Counties. North Branch Elkhart River at Cosperville affecting Noble County. For the Eel Riverincluding North ManchesterMinor flooding is forecast. For the Maumee Riverincluding Fort Wayne, Defiance, Napoleon Minor flooding is forecast. For the Saint Joseph River Ohioincluding Montpelier, Newville, St. Joe River Ft. WayneMinor flooding is forecast. For the Tiffin Riverincluding StrykerMinor flooding is forecast. For the Elkhart Riverincluding Goshen, CospervilleMinor flooding is forecast.

Where: Saint Joseph River Ohio near St. Joe River Ft. Wayne.
When: Until early Friday afternoon.
Impacts: At 12.0 feet, Lowland and farmland flooding near the river begins.
Additional Details: - At 11:55 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 11.9 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 12.6 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Impacts: At 12.0 feet, DeKalb County Road 42 about 3 miles northeast of Newville floods. Agricultural and low lands flood along the St. Joseph River to the Cedarville Reservoir.
