Description

What: Very cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero expected.
Where: Portions of central, east central, south central, southeast, southwest, and west central Indiana.
When: From 1 AM to 9 AM EST Saturday.
Impacts: The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
