...The National Weather Service in Indianapolis IN has issued aFlood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...White River at Spencer..Following heavy rainfall Tuesday and Tuesday night...additionalmoderate to heavy rainfall Thursday night into early Friday isexpected to return minor flooding on the White River at Spencer andBowling Green Friday evening.* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...White River at Spencer.* WHEN...From this evening to tomorrow evening.* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Lowland flooding begins in the Spencer andGosport areas. The river begins to backup Rattlesnake, Fall,McCormicks, Limestone, Big, and Bean Blossom Creeks. SpencerPublic Access site begins to flood.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 6:30 AM EDT Friday the stage was 13.2 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stagethis evening to a crest of 14.2 feet just after midnighttonight.
