The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Illinoi
S: Des Plaines River near Gurnee affecting Lake IL County. Des Plaines River near Russell affecting Lake IL County.
What: Minor flooding is occurring and forecasted to continue.
Where: Des Plaines River from US-41 in Gurnee downstream to Townline Road in Vernon Hills, including the Gurnee gauge.
When: Until early Monday morning.
Impacts: At 9.0 feet, Kilbourne Road and Emerald Avenue are threatened near Grand Avenue in Gurnee.
Additional Details: - At 8:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 8.2 feet. - ForecastThe river level is expected to continue gradually falling over the next few days, and fall below flood stage early next week. - Flood stage is 7.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

When: Until early Saturday morning.
Impacts: At 8.0 feet, Agricultural and park land are inundated near the river. Residential property is threatened near the river.
