* WHAT...For the Lake Wind Advisory for American Falls Reservoir,southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph expected.For the High Wind Watch, west winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65mph possible.* WHERE...Lower Snake River Plain.* WHEN...For the Lake Wind Advisory, from noon to 9 PM MDT Thursday.For the High Wind Watch, from Friday afternoon through Fridayevening.* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult, especially for high profilevehicles. Isolated damage to trees, powerlines, signs, andoutbuildings is possible, along with isolated power outages. Looseoutdoor objects could be blown around.
