...The National Weather Service in Pocatello has issued a FloodAdvisory for the following rivers in Idaho...Portneuf River at Topaz affecting Bannock County..Warm temperatures will melt high mountain snowpack and increaseriver flows.* WHAT...Flooding caused by snowmelt is expected.* WHERE...Portneuf River at Topaz.* WHEN...From this morning until further notice.* IMPACTS...At 4.0 feet, Lowland and crop field flooding possiblefrom Pebble Creek to Inkom.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 10:15 AM MDT Friday the stage was 3.8 feet.- Forecast...The river will fall to 3.7 feet this afternoon. Itwill then rise to 3.9 feet Sunday evening. It will fall to3.8 feet Monday evening. It will then rise to 3.9 feetFriday, May 17.
