Impacts: At 14.0 feet, Water begins to flood bridge roadway and Florida side of bridge.
Additional Details: - At 1:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 11.0 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 15.7 feet just after midnight tonight.
