Where: A portion of north central South Dakota.
When: Until 1 PM CDT /noon MDT/ Saturday.
Impacts: Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The combination of falling snow and winds will lead to periods of blowing snow that may briefly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
