Where: Portions of south central and southwest North Dakota.
When: Until 1 PM CDT /noon MDT/ Thursday.
Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes, as well as the Thursday morning commute.
