What: North winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph expected.
Where: Portions of east central Georgia and central South Carolina.
When: From midnight tonight to 2 PM EDT Saturday.
Impacts: Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft.
