Émis à jeu. 12:52 mai. 28
Publié par : National Weather Service
Description

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
Where: Portions of central and north central Arkansas.
When: Through Friday morning.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Additional Details: - A mesoscale convective system was located over northeast Oklahoma with copious amounts of moisture advection into the state. Storms are expected to move very slowly or train over the same locations. Given high precipitable water values in place combined with storm motion, precipitation rates will be efficient leading to flash flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
