IMPACT: Be prepared for gale and strong gale wind speeds combined with locally high waves that are imminent or occurring. Operating a vessel in these conditions requires experience and properly equipped vessels.
It is highly recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe harbor prior to onset of potentially dangerous wind and wave conditions. It is likely that many ferries will not operate so follow traffic information if travelling.
