What: For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 15 below. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 26 below expected.
Where: Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.
When: For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 11 AM EST this morning. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 7 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Sunday.
Impacts: Frostbite and hypothermia may occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
