When: For the Freeze Warning, until 8 AM MDT Thursday. For the Freeze Watch, from late Thursday night through Friday morning.
Impacts: Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
