What: North winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts between 40 and 50 mph.
Where: Barnstable MA and Dukes MA Counties.
When: Until 11 PM EST this evening.
Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and some power outages may result.
