What: For the Wind Advisory, north winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph expected. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 2 below expected.
Where: West Carteret County.
When: For the Wind Advisory, from 4 PM Saturday to 1 PM EST Sunday. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 7 PM Saturday to 10 AM EST Monday.
Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
