The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Washington Stehekin River at Stehekin affecting Chelan County. For the Stehekin Riverincluding StehekinMinor flooding is forecast.
What: Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Stehekin River at Stehekin.
When: Until further notice.
Impacts: At 20.5 feet, Water inundates some properties and overtops the temporary corduroy bridge. Company Creek Road inundated at northern end. Battalion Creek culverts are beginning to be overtopped. Water begins damaging Wood Road.
Additional Details: - At 10:30 AM PDT Saturday the stage was 21.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 19.5 feet. - Recent ActivityThe maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:30 AM PDT Saturday was 21.2 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to remain steady at around 21.1 feet into early next week. An additional rise up to around 21.5 feet is forecast at the end of next week. - Flood stage is 20.5 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. This warning will be in effect until the river falls below its flood stage.
