Impacts: At 11.0 feet, Flooding along the East Branch of the Black River on Foster Road in Penfield Township. Ford Road hear I-90 may be closed for high water.
Additional Details: - At 9:15 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 12.0 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.5 feet just after midnight tonight.
