Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
Additional Details: - At 320 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated between 1 to 2 inches of rain had fallen. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Rock Cave, Burnsville, Sand Fork, Walkersville, Ireland, Sand Run, French Creek, Alton, Alexander, Tallmansville, Stouts Mills and Baldwin. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
