Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details: - At 202 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated 1 to 3 inches of rain has fallen over the past 3 hours. Additional accumulations of 1 to 4 inches will be possible through 8AM. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include La Crosse, Winona, Austin, Sparta, Tomah, La Crescent, Caledonia, Preston, Onalaska, Holmen, West Salem, St. Charles, Chatfield, Spring Valley, Westby, Rushford, Lewiston, Trempealeau and Bangor. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
