The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in WisconsinIllinoi
S: Fox River Lower Near New Munster affecting Kenosha and Lake Counties.
What: Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Fox River Lower near New Munster.
When: Until early Friday morning.
Impacts: At 12.0 feet, Water is up to the first floor levels of some homes in the Town of Wheatland and Village of Salem Lakes area along Riverside Drive and Shorewood Drive.
Additional Details: - At 10:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 12.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Recent ActivityThe maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:00 AM CDT Monday was 12.5 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to fall below flood stage Thursday evening and continue falling to 9.7 feet Monday, April 13. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet. - Flood HistoryThis crest compares to a previous crest of 12.2 feet on 06/13/2001. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
