What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
Where: Portions of east central and southeast Oklahoma, including the following counties, in east central Oklahoma, Pontotoc and Seminole. In southeast Oklahoma, Hughes.
When: Until 730 PM CDT.
Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details: - At 420 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Ada, Konawa, Byng, Allen, Francis and Sasakwa. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.

At 559 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Wewoka, moving southeast at 20 mph.
Hazard: Tennis ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

Impact: People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include Wewoka, Wetumka, and Yeager.
