Where: Northern Morgan County in southeastern Ohio East Central Perry County in southeastern Ohio Northwestern Washington County in southeastern Ohio
When: Until 1245 PM EDT Monday.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring.
Additional Details: - At 406 AM EDT, Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain fell on Sunday. Flooding continues in the warned area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include McConnelsville, Malta, Bristol, Eagleport and Hackney. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
