Description

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
Where: West Central Monroe County in east central Ohio Noble County in east central Ohio
When: Until 630 PM EDT Monday.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
Additional Details: - At 628 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the area with several roads closed. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Caldwell, Dudley, Belle Valley, Sarahsville, Dexter City, Stafford, Harriettsville and Wolf Run State Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
