Description

What: Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
Where: Southwestern Guernsey County in east central Ohio Southeastern Muskingum County in east central Ohio Northwestern Noble County in east central Ohio
When: Until 700 AM EDT Tuesday.
Impacts: Several roads remain closed due to flooding.
Additional Details: - At 918 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported ongoing flooding across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rain is not expected tonight, though streams and creeks will continue to run high and result in a few road closures overnight. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Philo, Cumberland, High Hill, Chandlersville, Ruraldale, Duncan Falls and Blue Rock State Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
