What: Southwest winds, shifting to the northwest between 25 and 35 mph with gusts between 50 and 60 mph. A few gusts to 70 mph are possible in wind prone locations.
Where: Lincoln County, Las Vegas Valley, Northeast Clark County, Sheep Range, Southern Clark County, Spring Mountains-Red Rock Canyon, and Western Clark and Southern Nye County.
When: From 2 PM Sunday to 5 AM PDT Monday.
Impacts: Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high-profile vehicles.
Additional Details: Strongest winds will be associated with a cold front that will move through during the late afternoon and evening hours.

Watch for falling debris, tree limbs and downed power lines or poles. Use extra caution if you must drive.
