THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE WILL ALLOW SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 594 TO EXPIRE AT 4 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN NEBRASKA THIS ALLOWS TO EXPIRE 12 COUNTIES IN EAST CENTRAL NEBRASKA BUTLER IN SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA CASS GAGE JEFFERSON JOHNSON LANCASTER NEMAHA OTOE PAWNEE RICHARDSON SALINE SEWARD THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF AUBURN, BEATRICE, CRETE, DAVID CITY, FAIRBURY, FALLS CITY, LINCOLN, MILFORD, NEBRASKA CITY, PAWNEE CITY, PLATTSMOUTH, SEWARD, STERLING, TABLE ROCK, TECUMSEH, AND WILBER.

At 350 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Crete, or 19 miles southwest of Lincoln, moving southeast at 40 mph.
Hazard: Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
Source: Radar indicated.
Impact: People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include Dorchester.
