Locations impacted include Belhaven, Sladesville, Killkenny, Ransomville, Manns Harbor, Ponzer, Swindell Fork, Scranton, Gull Rock, Alligator, Gum Neck, Kilkenny, Fairfield, Mashoes, Manteo, New Holland, Pamlico Beach, Lowland, Columbia, and East Lake.
