What: Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
Where: Portions of southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi including St. Charles, Jefferson, Orleans, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Tammany and Washington Parishes, and Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, and Pearl River Counties.
When: From 5 AM Tuesday through 7 PM Tuesday.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
