Missouri River At Miami affecting Chariton, Saline and Carroll Counties. Missouri River above Parkville affecting Wyandotte, Leavenworth and Platte Counties. Missouri River at Glasgow affecting Chariton, Saline and Howard Counties. Missouri River at Boonville affecting Boone, Howard, Moniteau and Cooper Counties.

When: From Friday afternoon to Wednesday afternoon.
Impacts: At 17.0 feet, Low-lying areas unprotected by levees begin to flood.
