The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Michigan Kearsley Creek Near Davison affecting Genesee County. Cass River At Vassar affecting Saginaw and Tuscola Counties. Cass River At Frankenmuth affecting Saginaw County. Saginaw River At Saginaw affecting Saginaw and Bay Counties.

Shiawassee River At Owosso affecting Saginaw and Shiawassee Counties. For the Kearsley Creekincluding DavisonMinor flooding is forecast. For the Cass Riverincluding Cass City, Vassar, Frankenmuth Moderate flooding is forecast. For the
Shiawassee: including OwossoMinor flooding is forecast. For the Tittabawassee Riverincluding Sanford, MidlandMinor flooding is forecast. For the Saginaw Riverincluding SaginawModerate flooding is forecast.
What: Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
Where: Saginaw River at Saginaw.
When: Until Thursday morning.
Additional Details: - At 8:00 AM EDT Monday the stage was 19.2 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.9 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
