S: Big Blue River near Blue Rapids affecting Marshall County.
What: Minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Big Blue River near Blue Rapids.
When: Until Monday evening.
Impacts: At 26.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs from Marysville to Tuttle Creek Lake.
Additional Details: - At 9:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 25.0 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 40.1 feet early Friday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Monday morning. - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

When: Until 900 PM CDT Wednesday.
Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details: - At 1215 PM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain had fallen in the advisory area. Minor flooding is already occurring. Highway 87 and 99 are closed in the Vermillion area due to flooding. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include Marysville, Blue Rapids, Frankfort, Waterville, Axtell, Beattie, Vermillion, Oketo, Lillis and Bremen.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
