Locations impacted include Columbus, Seymour, North Vernon, Vernon, Westport, Elizabethtown, Jonesville, Millhousen, Hayden, Letts, Newbern, Butlerville, Grammer, Nebraska, Azalia, Cortland, and Country Squire Lakes. This includes Interstate 65 between mile markers 49 and 70.
