Locations impacted include New Castle, Winchester, Union City, Parker City, Farmland, Lynn, Selma, Mooreland, Lewisville, Saratoga, Losantville, Straughn, Modoc, Blountsville, Summit Lake State Park, Mays, and Prairie Creek Reservoir. This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 124 and 133.
