: The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Indiana White River at Indianapolis. White River at Anderson. White River at Petersburg. .Widespread flooding continues along the White River and associated tributaries. Major flooding is ongoing along the White near and north of Indianapolis, including Nora and Ravenswood areas will drop to Moderate later today. The crest along the White is currently south of Indianapolis. The crest will not reach Centerton until Monday afternoon, and points further southwest later than that.
What: Minor flooding is forecast.
Where: White River at Newberry.
When: From late Monday night to Monday, August 24.
Impacts: At 18.0 feet, County Road 550 S in Greene County begins to flood. County Road 600 W just north of the river flooded by possibly more than a foot of water for a short distance in Mary Long Cutoff Area.
Additional Details: - At 11:30 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 10.8 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage early Tuesday morning to a crest of 17.8 feet early Friday morning.
