What: Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Rock River near Joslin.
When: Until early Wednesday afternoon.
Impacts: At 12.5 feet, Water affects some summer cottages along the river.
Additional Details: - At 7:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.1 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.7 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday morning. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. The next statement will be issued by Monday evening at 845 PM CDT.
